Collaborated with design team members, created workshop for understanding and enhance design process of our team,

Created project estimates for many in house projects, understanding requirements via calls, and analysing the pathways that might be required for them. 

Initiating calls with PMs and stakeholders for understanding requirements and limitations.

Interviewed third party vendors for the organisation. Assisted with budgeting and time estimates for many in-house projects along with managing and distributing list of POCs

Took multiple interviews for hiring candidates for design team, across multiple organisations.
